Amanda is a government consultant in the Lobbying and Governmental Consulting Division. Prior to joining Colodny Fass, Ms. Fraser was a government consultant and Vice President at a boutique lobbying firm in Tallahassee, where she represented both public and private entities before the legislative and executive branches of government. From this position, she brings extensive knowledge in health care, technology, environment, and education policy, as well as state term contract and procurement experience. Before moving to private sector lobbying, Ms. Fraser served the public sector as a lobbyist for the Department of Management Services, where she assisted in developing and implementing strategy to successfully pass the agency’s legislative and budget priorities. Contact Info Amanda Fraser Legislative ChairmanSteve Holland, co-owner of Brandon Auto Salvage in Brandon, FL, began serving as FADRA's Legislative Chairman in 1999. On his own time, he has met with local agencies and law enforcement leaders, state regulators, and others whose decisions affect the auto recycling industry. He works closely with the FADRA Board and lobbyist to develop the association's legislative positions. He also answers questions from members about licensing, data reporting, and regulatory issues.
